Blue Monday
Hate to break it to you, but there is no such thing as Blue Monday, in which a considerable amount of people feels depressed on the third Monday of January. This doesn’t mean you can’t feel blue on a Monday. With winter in our midst, some of us may be prone to a seasonal funk of sorts. We have it within us to get out of our funks. The one requirement is to be open to the possibilities available out there that we can access daily.
