Letting Go

Why do we hold on to certain thoughts deep within ourselves? Although we may think that squirreling these thoughts is a way of letting go, it may give them opportunity to pop up again when you least expect it. What if during those times of letting go, we simply let things be, realizing that some circumstances do come and go. It takes practice and bit of work that we all have within us, to loosen the vice-grips of unease. Come along and explore a few mindful tips to balance our body, mind and spirit.
